How It Works
*ISA (Income Share Agreement): Pay a percentage of your first year pre-tax base salary, paid over 12 monthly installments. This aligns our success with yours - you only pay more when you land a higher-paying job.
ISA % is set by the month you're hired
4% Month 1, 8% Month 2, 12% Month 3, capped at 16% Month 4+
ISA total = (ISA % × annual salary). Subtract any deposit already paid
Your deposit reduces the total amount you owe
Repay the remaining balance evenly over 12 months after employment
Monthly payment = Remaining balance ÷ 12
Example: Hired in Month 3, Salary $65,000
ISA % = 12% → ISA total = $7,800
Deposit = $1,500 (3 × $500)
Remaining balance = $6,300
Monthly payments = $525 over 12 months
Example: Hired in Month 5, Salary $60,000
ISA % capped at 16% → ISA total = $9,600
Deposit = $2,000 (4 × $500)
Remaining balance = $7,600
Monthly payments = $633 over 12 months

QDo I need referrals to get hired?
We provide referrals where available, but our focus is building your skills and interview confidence. Most students get hired through their own applications with our support.
QHow is this different from your AI Engineer track?
This focuses on analytics+engineering foundations for DA/DE roles. AI Engineer is for advanced LLM/MLOps positions. Choose based on your target role.
QDo ISA percentages add up (4% + 8% + …)?
No. Your ISA % is decided once, based on the month you're hired. For example, if you're hired in Month 2, your total ISA is 8% of annual salary, not 4% + 8%.
QDo I pay 4% every month after getting hired?
No. The ISA is a total amount based on when you get hired (4–16% of annual salary). This total is then split into 12 monthly payments.
QIs the $500/month deposit an extra cost?
No. The deposit is deductible from your ISA. You never pay more overall.
QWhen is my hire date determined for the ISA?
Your ISA percentage is based on how many months after starting mentorship you are hired. Your percentage is decided once based on your hire month.
For example, if you start mentorship on July 1:
- • Hired in July → Month 1 (4%)
- • Hired in August → Month 2 (8%)
- • Hired in September → Month 3 (12%)
- • Hired in October or later → Month 4+ (16% cap)
QWhat if I only get a 6-month contract?
You'll pay the ISA during your 6-month contract, then payments pause until your next job. We continue supporting you until you find permanent employment.
